These terms are here to keep things clear and simple for both of us. By using this website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

About our boxes

At Thoughts, each box is handpicked and carefully put together with love and intention.

Because everything is curated by hand, items may sometimes vary slightly depending on availability. If this ever happens, we’ll always make sure the overall feel, style, and value of your box stays the same.

Ordering

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a genuine issue such as stock errors or pricing mistakes — but we’d always let you know if this ever happened.

Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Prices may change from time to time, but this won’t affect any orders already placed.

Delivery

We’ll always aim to get your order packed and sent as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the hands of the delivery service, but we’ll always try to help if anything goes wrong.

Returns & issues

Because our boxes are carefully curated gift items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or not quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it and put things right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch within 2 hours of placing it. After this, your order may already be being prepared.
