At Thoughts, every box is carefully hand-packed with love and attention, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing time
As a small business, all orders are packed by hand.
We usually aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. During busier periods or new collection drops, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier service used.
Estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- UK Express Delivery (if offered): 1–2 working days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order has been sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you can track its journey to you.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed or hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help track it down.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we’ll always support you in resolving any issues.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
